I am a 30-year old male that recently worked as a consultant at Student Flights. I was responsible for dealing with inquiries which came through via email, phone and walk-in's. I was responsible for quoting and booking both domestic and international arrangements and was also responsible for back-office work including basic accounting & book-keeping.

My previous experience include working as a Client Service Champion (CSC) at Capitec Bank, Paarl Mall. My key tasks were as Follows; Client Service, Queue Coordination, Assisting clients at the ATM and general Housekeeping. In 2008 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree at UKZN with an emphasis in media and cultural studies. I also undertook an additional course in video production. During my undergraduate studies throughout 2005-2007 at Monash University, I majored in Psychology and Communication Studies.
