📋 Full Job Specifications & Requirements

1. Key Responsibilities

Welcoming high-profile corporate executives, VIP guests, and managing registration desks.

Managing branded tee-box activations, distributing premium refreshments, and accurately tracking competition score sheets (e.g., nearest-to-the-pin challenges).

Dynamically engaging with golf players, maintaining high-energy networking, and delivering top-tier brand representation throughout the 10-hour day.

2. Demographics & Look Required

Demographics: A diverse, premium mixture of African, Caucasian, Indian, and Coloured promoters.

Grooming: Corporate-clean, polished, and highly professional appearance.

Experience: Prior experience in high-end corporate events, golf days, or luxury brand activations is mandatory.

3. Selection Process & Workflow

Phase 1 (Profile Review): Talent profiles and portfolios will be vetted by Greek Fire and sent to our end-client for shortlisting.

Phase 2 (Wardrobe Fittings): Once selected by the client, models will attend a mandatory 1-hour uniform fitting at the client’s head office in Umhlanga, Durban. (Fitting dates/times TBC upon final roster sign-off; uniform provided by client).

Professional Portfolio: 4x Recent, high-quality professional photos (1x clear headshot, 1x mid-shot, and 2x full-length body shots). No filters, sunglasses, or busy background selfies.

Detailed CV / Experience List: A summary of previous high-profile promo or corporate modeling jobs.

Physical Measurements & Sizes: Current height, clothing size (e.g., SA 8 / 32 / Small), and shoe size.

Location Baseline: Confirmation that you are based in or around Durban/Umhlanga and have reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe.
