Men's Health SA are on a nationwide search for a man, who has the looks, the body and the confidence to appear on their cover.

The competition is open to all males who are 18 years old or older and South African. Non-South Africa residents are not eligible to enter.

The Men's Health SA audience will vote for their favourite candidates, and the editors will make their decision based on those votes.

The winner will appear on the cover of Men's Health South Africa magazine in the December 2016 issue.

The winner must be available to travel for the photographic shoot in October 2016.
