A creative studio is commencing casting for voice artists and would like to hear from people that would possibly like to be involved in this upcoming project.

The project aims to shift negative attitudes and beliefs and to reduce stigma and discrimination towards LGBTS communities (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Sex Workers).

Each 5 minute long episode deals with characters within the LGBTS community, their friends, neighbours and family. The Radio Drama will be aired in 5 different countries in Africa, South Africa, Namibia, Malawi, Botswana and Zimbabwe.

To ensure authenticity they are looking for voices that represent the following:
- African SA English Accent
- Malawian English Accent
- Botswana English Accent
- Zimbabwean English Accent
- Oshiwambo.

CHARACTER TYPES:
Young men, Young women, Older men, Older women, Transgender persons.

CASTING DATES (2018):
17 May – 23 May 2018

RECORDING DATES (2018) (Subject to change):
Availability Mid June – Begin August
South African English Script Recordings: 13 June – 22 June
Namibia Oshiwambo: 25 June – 3 July
Zimbabwe English: 5 July – 13 July
Botswana English: 16 July – 24 July
Malawi English: 26 July – 3 August

FEES AND REPRESENTATION:
You would be contracted directly by the agency. The total fee per episode, per character is R1000.
