This weekend (Saturday 29 Sep) there will be an audition for a short comedic piece for the stage.

The show is set in 1950's England and is about a New Year's Eve dinner party that goes awry.

They are looking for 3 comedic actors who are good with accents, so if that sounds like you or someone you know, please take a look.

Roles to audition for:

Harris - The Butler
- Male, aged 30 - 40.
- Stern, no-nonsense, foul-tempered
- Hard-working, subservient, loyal
- ‘Straight man’ of the duo
- Accents: RP, Scottish, German

June - The Maid
- Female, aged 20 - 30.
- Bubbly, good-natured, enthusiastic
- Gormless, gullible, scatterbrained
- ‘Funny man’ of the duo
- Accents: Cockney, French, American

Morecambe - The Mistress
- Female, aged 40 - 50.
- Prim and proper, decorous, well-mannered
- Guarded, reticent, untrusting
- Accent: RP
