Auditions for theatre: The Blue Toaster

AUDITION NOTICE:

The Blue Toaster.

Where? Venue to be announced. If you are interested, I will send you an email letting you know where auditions will be held, I am just waiting for confirmation.

Time: 8:00am-11:00am. You do not have to book a time slot.

What to prepare: Just bring yourself! You will be asked to read a piece from the script.

Date: 12 September 2019.

What it’s about:

The Blue Toaster centers around the death of what seemed to be a very charming, charismatic, loving and good man but through several monologues performed by his wife and two mistresses we begin to see this man for who he truly was. Each hides a secret about what this evil, conniving and malicious man held over them and we soon begin to see the cracks. This play explores hard themes and is a dramatic play.

I am looking for:

-1 black or colored actress, aged 25-32. Strong dramatic actress.

-1 white actress. Aged 20-25. Strong dramatic actress.

You must also be able to work VERY well under pressure!!
