- Lots of Elderly people with grey or greying hair (60+ years old)

- Security guys- Clean shaven, no tattoos. Must wear size 34 to 36 clothing (25 - 40 years old)

- Nurses - must wear 30 to 34 size clothing, 30 to 45 years old

- Kitchen staff - must wear size 32 to 34 clothing. Neat, clean hair. Well dressed. (Rondebosch)
