Race: Mixed race
Age: 30 - 50 years
Gender: Male/Female

Condition
Amputee (real amputee who has lost a arm or hand)

Shoot dates: 1st - 9th April 2016

Rates: R10 000.00 all incl + vat before deductions

All media, worldwide, 5 years
