I am a 37 year old white/caucasian male. I have a special interest for health and wellness and take pride in my body. I have competed in various Male Physique shows as well as the Fitness Runway Model South Africa 2017.

I like travelling, mountain biking, trail running and meeting new people. And having fun, lots of fun. Whether it is a muddy event over a weekend or going to the pub with friends, you only live once and have to make the most of every day as tomorrow is uncertain. This approach to life has allowed me to be free to do whatever I want and everyday is a new adventure.
