Luyanda

Luyanda is a film and theatre actor and rapper living in Cape Town. He studied Professional Acting for Camera at City Varsity. In 2014 he was one of the lead roles in the student film called “The Courier” which was nominated at the SAFTA’s for best student film in 2015. In 2014 he performed in Mark Hoeben’s “Metamorphosis” and was noted as the best actor of the play. In 2015 he performed in Inez Robertson’s “Raw Meat” at Grahamstown and the again during the fresh from fest at the Binary theatre. He performed in a version of "A Streetcar Named Desire" directed by Ian Gareth Hadfield and played the character Mitch.
