My name is **Zusiphe Mtshakazana**, a passionate and driven model, community builder, and creative from Idutywa in the Eastern Cape, now based in the Free State. I am 27 years old, a qualified **Civil Engineering graduate** and **licensed plumber**, currently working as a **Lecturer at Flavius Mareka TVET College**. Alongside my professional career, I have built a strong foundation in the world of modeling, pageantry, and youth development.

My journey in modeling began in high school and has continued to grow over the years through numerous pageants, community initiatives, and leadership roles. I am the **founder of Mr & Miss Youth Idutywa**, an annual pageant established in 2019 that aims to uplift and showcase young talent. I am also the **founder of ILITHA Charity Campaign**, an NPO dedicated to supporting the elderly and children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Additionally, I am the **Director of ILITHA Enterprise**, a company offering services such as plumbing, grass cutting, photography, videography, and tiling.

These opportunities have strengthened my eye for presentation, confidence, and stage presence.

Modeling, for me, is more than just walking the runway or posing for a camera — it’s a platform to inspire confidence, celebrate diversity, and empower others to embrace their individuality. I am passionate about representing authentic beauty, professionalism, and purpose in everything I do.
