My name is Sibulele Bulelani . I am a 22 year old, young aspiring actress from the Eastern Cape, in East London but I'm currently residing in Cape Town and I would love to join your agency. I started acting and performing at the age of 4years old. Back then my mom was a performer and taught me everything, so I could follow in her footsteps. However, I became serious about acting in Highschool, at the age of 15. I used to take drama classes and I was mentored by a very respected and talented man named Pieter taljaard. I performed with many other artist from East London and took part in a lot of competitions such as Arts festivals and Eisteddfods. I am now being mentored by a very talented man, called Mbulelo Grootboom and he has been teaching me the ins and outs of acting. I understand that you get these emails from talented people every day, and you are probably wondering why you should pick me to be part of your project. Well, for the longest time I have doubted myself and felt that I was not talented enough, not good enough or not beautiful enough because I got rejected at some auditions. However, I have grown to realise my worth and the worth of my talent, and as a now liberated, strong, black woman, I have decided that I am ready to serve the world and bring something to the world, that is beyond my own comprehension and existence. I believe that God, the Universe and all higher powers have given me this talent for a reason, and I believe that your project will make my talent shine. "Acting is a mirror to society", and that's exactly what I want to do. I want to teach, to inform, to liberate people through acting. I want to make people feel a variety of emotions. I want them to look at whatever character I am playing, so they can see themselves reflected through me-allowing them to embrace some parts of their lives, also making them change a few things about their lives. To see their wrong doings, faults, fails and flaws through me. I truly believe that I was born for this, and I believe that I have what it takes. Please find my pictures, attached below.
